LEAKED REPORT

The Leaked Report exposes the shambolic state of eight fluoridation plants in County Limerick that Tobin Consulting Engineers inspected as part of the national audit of compliance with the Irish Expert Body on Fluorides and Health (I.E.B.F.H.) Code of Practice (2007).

There were no weighing scales in the day tank room, nor was there any evidence of a dead man’s handle for the filling of the day tank during the national audit of the water treatment works in Adare, County Limerick.

Below is a screenshot from TOBIN’s website, the leaked report and the I.E.B.F.H.’s code of practice.
